This building was built in the 2nd half of the 19th century in the style of historicism. On the ground floor of the house there was “Pharmacy under Providence” in the pre-Soviet times. It belonged to the Master of Pharmacy Gorgoniush-Franz Tobyashek. Bruno Schultz mentioned this pharmacy in his story “August”.

From 2012, in the premise of the pharmacy there is a central office of the Boykivshchyna Credit Union, in the interior of which the furniture of the Tobyashek`s pharmacy was preserved in Art Deco style. The building is an architectural monument of local value.
