This is one of the most beautiful buildings in Drohobych, built in 1903 in the style of late historicism. The house belonged to the owner of the bakery, banker, politician and major Yan Nevyadomskij (1840-1914).

The luxurious house is characterized by a rare richness of architectural forms and decor. A high spire roof accentuates the corner tower of the building. In two semicircular niches, there are two allegorical statues in the form of women in antique clothing: “Trade” (in a hat with wings – an attribute of the god of trade (Hermes) and “Industry” (with a toothed wheel). The villa is an architectural monument of local value.
